Flexible Schedule
Life happens, and we work around it without making a fuss.
Close-knit culture
If you’re going to spend a lot of your time working, it should be with good people who don’t make you want to run away screaming at the end of each day. Unless it’s a joyful scream.
Open communication
Without the freedom to speak openly, any relationship — whether professional or personal — is unhealthy. And counterproductive. And unsafe.
Honest opinions, direct feedback and constructive frustration are welcome here.
Solid benefits
A big part of respect is giving credit, compensation and care where they’re due. So we do that. And we’re constantly working to give even more to our people, because we listen to their feedback (by acting on it).
Interesting work that matters
Boredom and SelectTech exist as diametric opposites. Nothing we do is trivial or run of the mill. Our work is high-stakes, fast-paced and, frankly, pretty dang cool.
Our Values
We’re stubborn with our values. The ways we treat our clients, employees, subcontractors/partners, and even our competitors are ruled by these three constants:
Integrity
Saying what we mean and meaning what we say. We want to sleep each night knowing we didn’t lower our standards for quality, honesty and commitment.
Respect
Mutual respect is the bedrock of every healthy, beneficial partnership. You’ll have ours.
Professionalism
Not the kind that wears a business suit just to be impressive or speaks down to people to sound important. We mean punctuality, real expertise, exceptional skill sets, listening well, serving clients comprehensively, and communicating clearly and often.
You might work harder than you ever have. You might also be more fulfilled than you’ve ever been. But we can pretty much guarantee you’ve never had a job like this.
Our work is about building two futures: our country’s and yours. Both of those require our best — your best. And both of those are worth it.

Our People
Everything we do is exceptional. Our work is often critical to high-stakes operations for continually changing client missions.
But we’d be kidding ourselves if we didn’t acknowledge our employees are our greatest asset: the reason we do what we do and do it so well.

View open positionsWe operate in a highly competitive market with clients who are (understandably) risk-averse and often focused on modernization. That makes it crucial for our team members to be extremely reliable and solutions-based, forward thinkers.
Cross-functionality is extremely important to our speed and agility, so having a versatile skill set is great. Our sheet metal guy is also a machinist. And sometimes he paints parts. And if the occasion calls for it, he’s a drafter. We all are.
What’s more important than having a bunch of letters or certifications after your name is the willingness to develop a versatile skill set in a supportive environment.
Does this describe you?
View open positionsThe short answer is “Yes.”
The longer, enthusiastic answer is: Growth and promotion are parts of the work, not potential add-ons.
We encourage internal mobility by allowing employees to explore different roles and departments. We provide access to ongoing training, mentorship programs and opportunities to take on new challenges within the company. Cross-functional training is a big part of why our team is so fast and good at what they do.
View open positionsAfter an initial application review, we’ll schedule one or more interviews with you. You might meet with the hiring manager, potential team members and an HR representative. Then you’ll have to walk on hot coals while reciting safety rules. (Just kidding on the last one.)
